Installation and service

Installation work is performed in strict accordance with the approved design and within the terms agreed in the contract.

Installation work is carried out in accordance with safety rules and standards for repair and hot work. The work is performed by qualified specialists with long experience in this field.

The customer should complete the required preparation before installation:

• complete construction of rooms and open areas for the station;
• prepare equipment, valves and consumables according to the design requirements;
• install the tank on foundation supports;
• place the equipment according to the project layout;
• complete electrical installation and connect wiring to the input circuit breakers;
• provide power, heat, water, carbon dioxide, argon and auxiliary materials required for installation;
• issue a work permit for welding operations.

After completion, the required installation quality certificate for pressure vessels is prepared for registration with the supervisory authorities.

After installation, commissioning is performed. These works bring all CO2 equipment and the whole complex to operating mode.

Service maintenance is provided during the assigned service life of the equipment, which is at least 15 years.
