Vaporizers maintain pressure in liquid CO2 storage tanks by liquid carbon dioxide vaporization and gas withdrawal.
Vaporizer consists of a stainless steel (12X18H10T) vaporizing tower, a stainless steel (12X18H10T) heater and a control panel. Electric heaters heat carbon dioxide for vaporizing without any heat medium. Temperature and pressure gauges monitor automatic start and cut-off of heating spirals to maintain preset pressure and temperature. Pressure and temperature are set up on control panel.
Vaporizer can be customized with reducing unit and gas preheater with automatic temperature maintenance system.
Warranty period: 24 months.
