The gasifier AGT 55 - 226/1200 is intended for gasification of liquid carbon dioxide, for gas consumption by production lines and for maintaining pressure in an isothermal tank at a flow rate of gas and liquid phases from it.

The gasifier consists of 3 columns of evaporators made of stainless steel 12X18H10T and 3 independent automatic control units.

Carbon dioxide evaporation heating occurs directly from the electric heaters, excluding intermediate heat transfer fluids.

During the operation of the gasifier, the heating elements (TANS) of each of the evaporator columns are automatically turned on and turned off in accordance with the signals from the temperature and pressure sensors, with which each of the evaporator columns are equipped.

The principle of operation of the gasifier is based on the following considerations:

• The actual carbon dioxide consumption by lines - the value is variable and the maximum consumption is 1200 kg / h - only a special case. Usually, there will be some arbitrary value for the consumption of gaseous CO2. Therefore, to ensure the operation of the consumption line at any particular moment, as many columns of rack evaporators automatically start to work as necessary to ensure real instantaneous consumption in the consumption line.

At the request of the customer, a block for heating gaseous mixtures with automatic maintenance of the prescribed temperature and a reduction block can be additionally supplied.
