System AGT145-02 capacity is no less than 3 cylinders per hour. The system is equipped by the device for clearing of an internal surface of cylinders, bath, the device of illumination of a surface at internal survey of cylinders, the stand for hydraulic tests of cylinders, a key for turn off gates of cylinders.
The stand for hydraulic test of cylinders and fire extinguishers of site AGT 145-04 is supplied by two independent hydraulic lines with working pressure to 150 kgf/cm2 and to 20 kgf/cm2. Hydraulic test of cylinders and fire extinguishers are made on a hydraulic line with working pressure to 20 kgf/cm2.
The system does not require special base and can be placed anywhere. Distinctive feature of the systems are the technical decisions directed on safety at tests, and also convenience and simplicity of service, universality.
The system is equipped with a unit to clean the inner surface of cylinders, a bath, a lighting device for inside examination, a bench for hydro tests of cylinders, a key to unscrew cylinder valves. The equipment does not need to be registered in state inspection authorities. To conduct technical examination of cylinders a company has to get a license from regional department of Rostechnadzor (Technical Inspection of Russian Federation).
To conduct technical examination of fire extinguishers a company has to get a license from of State Fire Fighting Department.
