Cylinder manifold system is designed for small consumers of carbon dioxide: filling line of soft drinks with low capacity (up to 1000 btl/hr, 1 btl of 1,5 l), aerated chocolate equipment and welding engineering.

The manifold consists of a loader mounted on the rack. A hydro system is also mounted on the rack. Hydro system connects each cylinder to collector from which carbon dioxide is withdrawn. The hydro system is equipped with a pressure gauge with maximum measurement of 250 kilogauss per cm².

The loader with fixed cylinders can be turned over along horizontal axis in both sides on 135 degree.

The manifold system can be placed in any empty space of working area. The moving is made with a crane or truck crane. Cylinders are fixed in the loader with hold-down flats that are fastened with a driver manually. Cylinders are connected to the collector with special connecting pipes.

Carbon dioxide transmission to the collector and its withdrawal from the collector is made by valves from cylinder kit. The CO2 withdrawal is possible from one cylinder or simultaneously from several ones. For resuming of the gas transmission to consumer it is necessary to replace empty cylinders with filled ones. This operation takes 30 to 40 minutes.
