The carbon dioxide charging station is intended for filling cylinders with the liquid carbon dioxide with weight batching, for controlling the mass of cylinders subject to filling as well as for charging with carbon dioxide of fire extinguishing systems, fire extinguishers and other cylinders.
The station consists of a pumping block, a control system and electronic scales.
Charging can be carried out in the mode with manual or automatic shutdown of the pump when the filled cylinder reaches the specified weight of carbon dioxide.
The control device allows you to automatically control the charging process - when the prescribed value of the cylinder filling mass is reached, the station automatically turns off.
The design of the station eliminates the ingress of lubricant oil into the charge cylinder due to the use of an oil-free pump.
The pumping block and pipelines are made of stainless steel and have double protection against emergency exceeding of the station’s working pressure during its operation or when it is stationary under pressure - the pump is switched off by a signal from the electric contact pressure gauge and carbon dioxide is released through the bursting disc.
The package includes:
- a stainless outlet metal hose equipped with a quick-detachable device for connecting 20-40 liter cylinders in accordance with GOST 949-73.
- electronic scales connected to the charging station.
By an additional order, it is possible to supply the necessary adapters for charging fire extinguishers and cylinders of other types, as well as a set of high pressure metal hoses and the necessary adapters for connecting the station to an isothermal tank.
