Thermal protections materials are widely used in various areas of a national economy: civil and industrial building, agriculture, the refrigerating industry, at a lining of railways and highways, building of airdromes, etc.
Extrusion-type of polystyrene the made foam polystyrene is made by extrusion technique of general purpose polystyrene.
Process of extrusion polystyrene is developed more 50 years ago. The given method allows to receive a material with the uniform structure, consisting of small, completely closed cells with the sizes 0,1 - 0,2 mm.
A material receive by mixing of granules of polystyrene at the raised temperature and pressure with introduction of the making foam agent and the subsequent expression from extruder.
As the making foam agent lungs freons or carbon dioxide (СО2) are used. At present use of dioxide of carbon (СО2) as the making foam agent optimal manufactures from the point of view of safety, and also is economically more favourable.
Our systems include:
- CO2 transportation tanks of 4 to 22 m3 RKhTU-4,0-1,8; TsZhU-10-2,0; TsZhU-18-2,0; TsZhU-22-2,2.
- CO2 transfer pump with capacity 10 t/hr.
- CO2 storage tanks of 4 to 50 m3 .RDKh-10,0-2,0; RDKh-12,5-2,0; RDKh-22,5-2,0; RDKh-30,0-2,0; RDKh-40,0-2,0; RDKh-50,0-2,0.
- Electric vaporizers with capacity of 100 to 1200 kg/hr.
- Electric preheaters with capacity of 400 to 1000 kg/hr.
- CO2 reducing units with pressure range at the outlet of 1...8 kgf/cm2; 2...12 kgf/cm2.
